Mission Statement

Team Canada will maintain and foster, through its activities,
a vigorous and dynamic presence in both the national and international
culinary arenas to the benefit of its supporters and Canadian
products. It will cultivate a national gold medal-ranked team
to compete at the Erfurt World Culinary Olympics in 2000, and
will ensure that Canada, through its chefs and hospitality industry,
perpetuates its international reputation for excellence.
